The Return Of The Pink Star To The Auction Block! 💖

After an embarrasing aftersale of 'The Pink Star' diamond from Sotheby's late 2013 auction when the winning bidder defaulted or failed to finish the payments of the final hammer price of $83 million dollars, Sotheby's are forced to buy back the enormous pink diamond as it had promised the seller a certain price. Though I also heard someone bought it years after for $72 million but I guess it is a lie coz Sotheby's are offering it again with just $62 million dollars as a minimum bid price this coming April 4th in Sotheby's Hong Kong auction, $21 million dollars less from the supposedly world record breaking price way back in 2013!

With that the reputation of this flawless pink diamond is affected & probably turn off a few potential buyers but from 2013 the world economy aren't quite good and despite that precious gems particulary natural color diamonds are selling for world record breaking prices per carat for any gem!

Recently though the american economy is getting better and of course the expected dominance of China, Russia and India as an economic power in recent times have propelled rare diamonds to another level which are are now selling for up to $4 million dollars per carat namely the sale of 'The Blue Moon Diamond of Josephine' & 'The Aurora Green Diamond'!

But the BIG question is will 'The Pink Star' exceed its previous world record final hammer price of $82 million dollars!? My fearless forecast is positive and it will sell a little over that! Despite the previous sale was just was less than 4 years ago it will have no negative impact to the investor's impression on the diamond today! Perhaps back in 2013 many don't have that kind of cash but alot of them have now plenty of cash liquid ready to bid for this extraordinary priceless diamond! For those investors they know very well that Mother Nature could no longer produced another flawless vivid pink diamond of the same size of over 59 carats! This diamond is a Mona Lisa and it's truly one of a kind and those who have money really understand that!
How many can afford this diamond with a starting bid of $62 million dollars!? Well there's like over 100 million millionaires and a few dozens more billionaires worldwide but I'm sure everyone who can afford the latest iPhone can afford this $600 dollars natural color fancy light pink I1 clarity GIA certified pink diamond in the picture below from Denir Diamonds that will last forever & never goes out of style. That is the only pink diamond of that size for that price in the world unlike iPhones which are mass produced and depreciates in less than a few months & for those who would argue that you can't fuck a diamond is perfectly wrong! If you want to attract the best people beddazle them with rare color diamond jewelries but if your market are mediocre idiots then flashing them your latest iPhone can make you look attractive & you can live happily ever after producing more mediocre idiotic shallow offsprings with bad taste.

You have to buy this before me coz it will be worth it unlike your overpriced iPhone which will screw you bad eventually before you know it!

UPDATE
April 4, 2017 Sotheby's Hong Kong
The Pink Star sold for a little over $71 million dollars! It failed to break the world record for diamond or any gem per carat which was set by 'The Blue Moon Of Josephine Vivid Blue Diamond' but The Pink Star set the world records again as the most expensive diamond, gem & jewelry ever sold at auction which it previously held when it was previously sold for $83 million dollars late 2013 & the record titles was invalid when the buyer defaulted. The winning bidder this time is Chow Tai Fook a Hong Kong based jeweler. It appears like the asians have the most money now for rare natural color diamonds coz the buyer of the most expensive diamonds, gems & jewelry in recent times are mostly asians including the Chinese billionaire who bought the 'The $48 million dollars 12 carat Fancy Vivid Blue Moon Of Josephine Diamond' as a birthday gift for her 12 year old daughter.
