T his scene from the movie Mission Impossible like 17 years ago is the first movie to introduced to most people to the many different colors of sapphires.  My White Sapphire & Gold Pendant Though my first gems are white sapphires set in a gold ring & pendant back in 1997 and my mother have a parure of black sapphires gold jewelries so I am aware of the existence of colored sapphires a long long time ago prior to this movie. Back then everybody knows a blue sapphire but most people would never thought sapphire actually exists in all the colors of the rain bo w! Except red which is the color for ruby.  Corundum is the gem specimen sapphire belongs to & it is probably my favorite gem specimen next to diamond coz they come in a tremendous varieties of colors. My favorite color of course in the sapphire family is the cornflower blue sapphire, followed by the orange ,  purple, violet   & the unusual  color change sapphire.  My least favorite is the green

Happy Birthday To Me!  This year was the best years of showering myself with the world's rarest & most beautiful things! It all started since Febuary of this year! And halfway through July got even better with this!  Ultra rare natural color vivid pumpkin 🎃 orange 🍊diamond ring!💍 And the fiesta's of August was overshadowed by these! Extremely rare large blue sapphires !💙

I t has been my tradition to give myself a birthday gift since 2005 or before that. Of course I deserve to gift myself coz usually no one else does! T he birthstone for the month of September is also known as 'The Stone Of Friendship'. The cool blue sapphires are believe to attract friends! Well in my case not quite coz I haven't really considered anyone as my bestfriend except for my pets coz animals seems to be attracted to me like I remember the first time my father took me to Manila Zoo with my now estranged sister and the animals there  including the famous elephant named Mali🐘 seems to be friendly to me & approacheable or welcoming but not to my sister like the tigers and lions seems to be calm when I approach them from their cage & went defensive & gets mad when my sister gets near & the peacocks proudly displayed all their glory as I get near them as if they are competing or paying courtesy to my own splendor as well.😂 And when I talk about friends I'm not referring to online friends coz in my real life people just come & go and friends didn't really stayed as friends for long

Not all diamonds are created equal even the ones with desame color grade but natural color diamonds are even more unique specially orange diamonds known as 'fire diamonds' in the trade.
