M y 3rd jewelry project for 2017!  The design had been chosen and the stones selected  all in an impromptu just early morning today! Now the my avant-garde pinky ring design is ready to be made! It took me only a few minutes to finalized & sketched what I had in mind. Days before, selecting which precious stones to be used for the ring is a daunting task coz I had a few options & I couldn't decide until the last minute. It's like judging beauty contestants and choosing which is the most beautiful of them all... And the focal point of the design is probably my favorite colored gemstone in my collection at the moment which is this exceptionally rare & attractive 11.45 carats internally flawless 100% color-change Alexandrite! The side stones are two natural star rubies that I had since 2013 & I'm finally glad to have them mounted in jewelry & there's a special meaning about those two rubies & they remind me of my rescued cats named Rubi ...

🌔 The partial lunar eclipse woke me up in the early hours of morning... Then same day today I brought two of my kittens  to the city vet for check up and vaccinations for their feline distemper and skin disease.  Judging from these pictures Earth needs urgent medical help so before noon we took two to the vet even though 3 are sick in total and one died already but Garnet was left behind coz her condition isn't as worse and that she's older & she'll be taking the same medicine... The city vet services and vaccinations are for FREE now who doesn't like FREE!? If only I knew about it before I would have availed such services to all my pets! Am I Materialistic? That's a wonderful question ladies & gentlemen! Despite my recent aquisition of this extremely rare vivid orange diamond from Leibish & Co. I don't think I am materialistic  because materialistic people only care the most about expensive things and buying them for the sake of their image. Like people who buys a overpriced luxury leather goods or branded items like Havaiinas rubber flip flops over regular rubber flip flops or iPhones versus regular smartphones which work pretty much desame and you still can't fuck both, or people who only takes care of imported expensive breed of dogs or cats and totally avoid regular ordinary pets or those who only wear branded clothes and underwear like Victoria's Secret lingeries which people would never see anyway. Last thursday the GIA certified natural color fancy vivid yellowish orange diamond ring of my  wildest & deepest desire I ordered from Leibish & Co. finally arrived. It travelled from 3  different countries & various states before I finally laid eyes on it here in the 'city of gold & golden friendship'. We had a small despidida feast coz my only brother or sibling I recognized coz the rest are dead to me finally flies black to the Middle East.  He is one of those very few people are not a hypocrite. My aunt picked up the package already after a roller coaster ride from the Canadian customs and FedEx lousy poor customer service. The parcel had been sent from New York since Thursday & had arrived in Edmonton since Saturday so we've been waiting for their email or call to inform us of any needed payments of taxes and duties for the clearance since Saturday so I assume there is NONE but then come on Monday they only worked their butt at the last minute and told us we need to pay over $316 Canadian dollars of taxes and duties and more & I believe it was overcharged since there shouldn't be any unecessary 'ancillary clearance service fee'.  Initially I would have wanted the parcel to be delivered in California cause we have a closed relative there and since California is a US State there wouldn't be any taxes or duties & my relative there could simply send the parcel to The Philippines without declaring the taxable value but then again we're no...
