Last August 16, 2017 is the fiesta of my hometown Lapasan honoring the Saint San Roque😇 the patron saint for dogs. 🐶 My family used to celebrate BIG during this occasion many many years ago with countlesa visitors flocking into our house mostly my father's and my mother's officemates and my siblings classmates & sometimes mine. Last August 16, 2016 the day of the feast of Senior San Roque the patron saint of dogs a fire in the neighborhood shocked the small town of Barangay San Roque early morning at around 3 am. The burning house was just one house away from our house. The rest of the town seems to be in panic mode except me. Ladies and gentlemen introducing Valentina's litter's Peridot (ginger) and Aqua (tuxedo) at 19 days old today! Their other siblings Olive & Olivine died a few hours after they were born. Born on August 1st and so I named them after the birthstone for the month of August which is peridot! Except for Aqua because I named him after the late 'Water' the tuxedo kitten of Emerald murdered by Valentina and because they look similar I feel Aqua is a replacement.  When Peridot & Aqua can start eating on their own I might as well separate them from their crazy mother coz today Valentina attacked my disabled kitten Earth so I have no choice but to jail her after giving her so many chances. Though I will only put her in a cage while I'm away from the house coz she still have her rights to freedom or to roam around from time to time even though she's a threat to the safety & security of other kittens & cats & I'm even scared she will eat her

🌔 The partial lunar eclipse woke me up in the early hours of morning... Then same day today I brought two of my kittens  to the city vet for check up and vaccinations for their feline distemper and skin disease.  Judging from these pictures Earth needs urgent medical help so before noon we took two to the vet even though 3 are sick in total and one died already but Garnet was left behind coz her condition isn't as worse and that she's older & she'll be taking the same medicine... The city vet services and vaccinations are for FREE now who doesn't like FREE!? If only I knew about it before I would have availed such services to all my pets! This is where our taxes goes and one of the benefits of paying proper taxes coz in private vets the feline distemper vaccine alone costs 800 pesos per shot!  I had fun looking the kittens exploring a new environment and surrounding for the first time and

I am in a depressed mode coz one of the most precious in my life is dead! Unlike most filipinos who thinks their family is the most precious person of their lives... I tend to consider my pets more precious than my jewels and even more precious than most of my family, relatives and friends. So the death of this kitten just made me wanna die for a few second until I instantly come up to my senses and just consider this moment GOD DAMMIT!  Fire is just 6 months old ginger kitten and he is actually the healthiest of 4 so his death is a surprise and I'm not totally sure what caused his death though he got infected by feline distemper as well as the rest of his siblings but I suspect he got allergic reaction to amoxicillin even though his other siblings Earth and Air manage to survived though they are still under careful monitoring. Their adopted elder sister named Garnet also got infected by feline distemper though I didn't give her amoxicillin.  August is indeed

Valentina our neighbor's mean evil cat who is also the one who murdered Water gave birth to 4 litters in my room in the morning of August 1st, 2017 that I named Olive, Olivine, Peridot and Aqua (Water) perhaps a ressurection or reincarnation of Water? I should have never allowed Valentina back into our house but I am very forgiving to cats even for those murderous ones like Valentina. Unfortunately hours later two of the litters died. I should have listened to my instinct to move them on a BIGger box.  More than 24 hours later in the afternoon the next day of August 2, 2017 I buried the two baby kittens in desame metal container where I buried Water last Febuary 2017.  "You two will live forever in the spirit of the remaining quadruplets."... 😿 What a sad & remarkable contrast right? The elation I felt seeing the birth of 4 baby kittens and the horror, sadness & regret seeing only two survives just hours aw
